As an NGO, we provide our omnichannel HR Eosystem for information campaigns, awareness-raising, automation of processes and systems, with state-of-the-art bots and for personalised training via WhatsApp, Messenger… The aim is the eradication of poverty and inequality in the world, to create “a more stable, secure, sustainable and just society for all”, in which each individual, with their rights and responsibilities, has an active role and options on equal terms.

We work with Banks, Microfinance Institutions, Insurance Companies, International Organisations, NGOs, Governments, Companies and all stakeholders to reach the “first and last mile” so that millions of people have quality and fairly priced goods and services at their disposal.

More than 4 billion people, more than half of the world population, affected by the lack of financial services that are necessary for the development.

Seventy-seven percent of the poor see entrepreneurship as the only way out of poverty, most of them women who have to juggle business and family and household responsibilities without help.

Microcredits are a great help but they do not ensure business success; failure is not an option for the microentrepreneur.

70% of SMEs have a bank account, but only 5% have access to term loans and only 1% to current loans from banks.

In addition to loans, women & microentrepreneurs need continuous training and mentoring.
